Reconnect eharmony with Gary from New Jersey USA

My name is Wendy and over my eharmony subscription Kerry George Penna has hacked disabled my lap top and hacked my emails. I DID NOT email saying l understood Gary not wanting to communicate, IT WAS THE KNOWN Kerry George Penna whom l know and is alive in Ballarat Victoria Austrslia Moreover all of my eharmony emails and access Penna hacks. And removed Gary's profile by Penna. Gary for over 3 weeks would be concerned NOT and out relationship is strong. A third reconnection by the eharmony staff to continue our blossoming and very close relstionship. I await you reply and a possible audit as to how Penna has been able to *** you eharmony dating portals. Thanks Wendy

I am a pissed Customer

You have taken my money and not giving me any service. For three days now you have wasted my time giving me access codes to my membership that dont work. If you dont fix this today I am going to report you to the Better Business Bureau.

Cannot delete my account

I am having difficulty deleting my account. I have followed the directions given but I do not see a drop down arrow by my name. I would like to purchase a one month subscription to try eharmony, but I do not see that as an option. I feel the subscription is too expensive for me. I would like to try it before investing that much money

Tried to call customer service and of course all I got was a busy signal.

I didnt realize that auto renewal meant they were going to more than double the price of my annual subscription. Pretty bad business practice. Angry

Payment I thought it was for only 1month

It is extremely difficult to speak to a person, almost impossible. Not good for business. I want to cancel, please do not tell me that I can not do it! Certainly, not good for business! Most company are very willing to work with customers. Which is very good for business!

The number just gives me a busy signal. Eharmony charged me three times in one day and now they are charging my Apple Card very concerned

Fraud on behalf of eharmony l have been charged three times on my credit card in one day so my bank canceled the card. Now my Apple Card is being charged when they had no access to it. I want to end my subscription
