I signed up for a year. Two days later, changed my mind because the website wasnt user friendly. They refused to cancel and are now charging me $50/month instead of $50/quarter. No customer service to contact. Very disappointed and disgusted

Subscription cancellation.

Hello I have been having a ridiculously hard time trying to cancel my subscription, after the first day of use, I decided I did not like this app, so I tried to cancel, I was able to cancel my auto renewal, but with all of the research I did, I found no option for me to actually cancel my subscription, the only thing I ever found was how to cancel the auto renewal. (there was no option to cancel subscription, What I was researching, was trying to find out if you had to like call them or something or where the option might be).

Im pretty sure Im past the three days by a day or two but I have literally been unable to cancel it. I do not wish to be paying for something that I have not had the chance to cancel. Thank you. This Is the email I sent to them, I was able to get through to their company, not through this website though.

And they responded by telling me that they have reviewed the situation, and they feel as though nothing in their contract was broken And Im stuck with paying it, so I explained that I did not Have the option to cancel I wanted to cancel there was no option To cancel it and that is up to you and they said Dear customer, we are regretful that you had a poor experience using this app we pride our ability to match peoples and offer unmatched service, Though we have reviewed your complaint, We have made a final decision, and no more action will be taken. We were able to confirm that your auto renewal has been turned off, Thank you and have a nice day.

Its pretty hard to have a nice day when You get a contract with the contract says If you cancel within three days Youll have a full refund and you wont get charged anything so you buy the subscription sign the contract and then upon doing both you realize wow this website is absolutely trash, (My personal opinion) And then go to cancel your subscription And there is no option to cancel that subscription. So then you contact the customer support And they tell you your past three days that sucks so you explain to them there wasnt an option to cancel and they tell you that sucks.

For anyone who is considering using this website, I would highly advise You check actual Unbiased sources, I personally use Reddit, though I will probably start using pissedconsumer As they did, try to get me in contact with them. And if you do go to someplace like Reddit or where theres actual people reviews Most people necessarily had Terrible success on the dating section of it, but It is a Subscription contract, which means you pay for eight months Through small payments, The smallest contract is $80 I think three months?

But you sign it if you decide you dont like it that sucks you are stuck paying, Or in my case, where a lot of people have had problems canceling or they submitted actual request to cancel, and they wont get to it until a week later and theyre like sorry three days of past even though you submitted it within the first day.

So the use of the app might not be that bad, but there is an overwhelmingly large amount of people who absolutely hate it and think its a scam. Thank you and thank you to pissedconsumer.com

User's recommendation: Absolutely do not buy. Though the literal use for the app Might not be terrible, This company is a scam And uses a contract subscription, which if you do not cancel on the first three days you are stuck paying for generally a multi hundred dollar contract That spans months.

I tried to cancel before the (free) use was over. They have no working phone number first of all. They use wording to trick you. They refused to give me my money back after emailing with a so called representative (absolutely no help at all). They have been sued by multiple people and its a shame they can get away with this. Eharmony is making millions on hard working people trying to find love. Very sad. Needless to say I have a whole year of eharmony! NO THANKS! Wtf

I joined December 2023, had a fake person to post his photo with a information totally different from who he really is...there are illegal people who are looking for seniors who they can collect funds, they're full.of lies..beware of the scammers, read the all of the information before you decide to trust the photos or profile., especially if they asked to come off of the site to communicate on email or Google chat together. Please don't trust them, even FaceTime or what's app, do your background and research to protect yourself..

I cannot get a response from he mail all four customer service lines are not working

I cannot find out what collection agency they use. I received a generic email telling me to go to my account. My account was closed! You could not respond back to customer service. All FOUR numbers are not working. Three have a busy signal and the fourth has a long sound. I am trying to pay my bill but I can not get the information I need. Be aware. If you ever have a problem with this site, customer service is hoard.
