It sucked not to happy

No one replied back to you. Its a waste of time and money and they just automatically take money from your account. When you cancel your subscription it wont let you till your time ends which is dumb i tried canceling my subscription and it wont let me

We do have a renewal process and this is fundamentally for our members benefit so that their communication with their match is not interrupted. We provide full details of this feature upon subscribing.

I used eharmony for several years, I will say that I did get a few messages back and I did meet someone who was real from eharmony, however I had over 400 matches and maybe 10 messaged me back now it’s getting to expensive for my bank account so I just need to cancel...

This charge in question sounds like our one of our premium service, Incognito, the feature allows you to view your matches anonymously. Typically, when you view a match, they will receive an alert to their Dashboard letting them know you viewed them.

If you have Incognito mode activated, your matches will instead see “someone with Incognito viewed you” as their alert – allowing you to browse your matches in privacy.

Allow me to examine your account, so that I can see what is occurring. Normally, there is an automatic renewal feature with our subscriptions, it is there to provide you with uninterrupted service and continued communication with your matches.

The feature is useful so that your match connection is not loss, the feature is mentioned as one subscribes to our services. Please reach out to me at membercare@eharmony.com, so that I take a look at your account to determine what has occurred.
