Absolutely terrible.

I tried to call Customer Service. First of all you have to type in the reason why your calling before it will ring through. Waste of time. Then when it did ring through because of the weather their phones where down. Yeah right.

I’m terribly sorry you were not able to contact our Customer Care staff, there actually was a severe weather condition that affected our center yesterday. I'm trying to get off of a Harmony I do not want to be on the dating site any longer please remove all profile and information of mines. Also someone changed my password I did not give any other permission for that they added a new email which is 4 ever 1759 at gmail.com that is not my email delete that from my profile as well

Not able to get three day free trial as advertised on televi

I was trying to get the three day free trial for January sixth two thousand eighteen . Can't navigate it , it was advertised on television . I only get the various payment offers . Just want to try it out . I wasted time answering all the questions . I don't know what else to say just trying to get a hundred words as required . This is more difficult than it needs to be. Why a hundred words ? I will not try any dating service again it is to frustrating .thanks eHarmony you have cured me of ever doing this again .

Hi there, I’m really sorry you experienced difficulty as to our 3 x day trial, normally, once logged into your account, you would see a banner or ad at the top of your display, allowing you to click the area to obtain your offer. I would urge you to reach out to me at membercare@eharmony.com so that I can investigate your dilemma, please refer to your comment through this site.

Useless and expensive - the worst customer service too!

Absolutely the worst experience of my life customer service wise. I signed up for a year membership, got charged the first two installments which totaled almost $140 dollars and when my card got declined for the third installment (because I had to close my account due to card loss) instead of sending me a warning or email that my card had been declined they terminated my account and membership without the ability to reintstate and get my account current. Awful customer service. Every single company gives you an opportunity to update your payment method and not just cancel without warning. Oh, and although I specified I was a female seeking a male, even at one point, I got matched with a female. So much for their great algorithm for matching! Terrible!!!
