eHarmony - Account closed before it has been created!
I am currently vacationing in Europe and wanted to start looking for my possible soulmate. I have spent some time creating my profile honestly describing myself and selecting my preferences and was almost done with it only to be brought to the starting page where I had to sign in again.
My password was not accepted and while I was retrieving it using my registered email, the message appeared that my account is closed! There must be some explanation for this.
I'd like to be respected no matter what my current location is and explained why they did not let me open my account. Thanks
