Customer Service phone number is busy all the time

I subscribed for a 3 month turn and after I submitted, it became a 1 year I did not noted until I was checking a few days later. I contacted customer service for cancellation and recalculation and they did not cancelled.
Also the profiles so far are all scam people.
They have false identity . They don't have many choices. The daily matches have not been on the site for several month. This is the worse experience I ever had.
There have been a few who had that over 100 score and there have been 2 I had contact with.
One had a false profile and was not the person he presented he was. The other got kicked out bc of some fraud.
Was looking at least for a refund or a better deal for this site.
I gave it a trial NO luck. What a waste of time and money.
