Cannot access help by phone

Cancelled online last month indicating I did not want to renew. I have been charged $137.70 May 25 and now June 25. I cannot afford to pay that per month. This charge has now cost me overdraft fees and has put me in a financial bind. Please contact me so that we may resolve this.

User's recommendation: If you are in a trial period or renew, pay attention to the AUTOMATIC renewal policy.

Account and and subscription cancellation

Every time I call eHarmony the phone rings for a while and it stops ringing. I couldnt find love and romance at eharmony.com. It seems like a waist of money to me. I told eharmony yesterday to please cancel my subscription an cancel my account. Please let me know after you do this. They havent got back in touch with me yet. I emailed them yesterday. They wont answer any of my question any more. Ive been paying $34.21 since March 25 2022. I wish eharmony would get in touch with me by phone and help me.

If you don’t find love and romance in 4 to 6 months find it somewhere else.

Im I paid eharmony 34.21 on the 25 of every month. I didnt find love and romance. I emailed eharmony to please cancel my subscription and my account. Please email me after you do this. I received and automated email saying they would get back with me in 24 hours. And sometimes less then that. I tried calling eharmony customer service and the phone rang and said caller busy. I called eharmony at a different number and had the same problem.

Eharmony has a bad reputation.

Ive been paying eharmony $34.21 since March 25, 2023. I havent made any luck with love and romance. There was lots of men on the eharmony website pretending to be a lover and I erased them from my contact. I emailed eharmony and told them to please cancel my subscription and cancel my account on June 24, 2022. They didnt do what I requested. I told eharmony to also email me after they do this. They say they get in touch with me in 24 hours or in less then 24 hours. They didnt keep their word with me.

User's recommendation: I suggest if you don’t find love and romance in 4 to 6 months find love and romance somewhere else.

Canceling membership should be just as easy as signing up

tried to cancel membership. Since I signed up a difficult major life event happened and suddenly I can not afford eharmony. I have extenuating circumstances. Added stress is the impossible efforts to get a live person to answer a phone, cancel my membership so I can deal with the hardship that is affecting my health and stressing my resources.

Eharmony isn’t good enough for quick love and romance for me.

It seemed hopeless that I was going to get a guy that required. Eharmony found out from one of my emails that I wanted a guy for love and romance. So told me to say more about myself. I said a little more about myself. I said lots about myself on the day or very close to day I became a member. I didnt make any luck with eharmony. I should have met the Japanese guy on eharmony already by now ( the 25 of June 2022 and I didnt. I feel like I waisted my time and money waiting. I havent heard from any guys interested in me since April 2022.

User's recommendation: Wait four to 6 months for love and romance on eharmony. If you don’t get love and romance by that seek some where to get love and romance.

Account and and subscription cancellation

I emailed eharmony to cancel my account and subscription yesterday. They didnt do it yet. Whenever I call eharmony and make a request they a question they dont answer. They always say they will get back to and they dont do it.

User's recommendation: Don’t email eharmony with a question because they say will get back to you and they don’t. I’ve paid eharmony $34.22 since last march 2022 on the 5th of every month and I don’t want to be charged again.

Need help with subcription cancellation

I do not really have issue. I want to cancel my subscription or account but can not. All the customers service numbers online is not working. I have caught 4 fake accounts (catfish)

Hello, After doing my own research and reverse image searches. I have found 4 fake accounts. These men are after young women. With as much as I am paying, I expect eharmony to do the research to ensure that I am safe. I will be canceling my service due to safety concerns.

User's recommendation: Be very very careful. Video chat quickly to ensure you are talking to a real person. Give them a time limit to respond. “I would like to FaceTime this weekend if possible.” If they put you off or come up with excuses be very cautious moving forward.

Impossible to cancel

eHarmony - Impossible to cancel
I met someone on eharmony within two weeks . My objective for joining has been accomplished and I want to cancel member and still Im getting charged. The charges are causing a hardship my car needed repairs and my rent went up no fault of the site but the inability to cancel has me in a difficult place and Im confident thats not what eharmony is about.

User's recommendation: Exhaust the free trial and then only upgrade after a month on the site and 100% read ALL the fine print to what your agreeing to.

Customer Service Sucks

Ive been locked out of my account for almost a week now with no closure to my issue of concern. I have called three days in a row only to be told that I will receive an email with somebody that will help me but yet this has not happened? Im pretty sure with the amount of money that this company makes that they can hire somebody in the customer service department to make sure that all their customers are satisfied.
