Refund and cancel service
This is my third attempt from day one after an hour of joining. I realize this is not the site for me.
Ive since tried to cancel my account and get a full refund. This is proven to be almost impossible. The site cancellation procedure I believe is purposely difficult.
It should be a matter of ease to cancel your account just as easy. It was to create one.

I can’t get into my account- I used to get in with facebook
I used to get into my account with Facebook, so I don't have a password. I tried other options, and nothing worked.

Phone rang then hung up. I didn't talk to anyone.
I called because I wanted to close my account. Reasons: I get emails stating I have messages and likes. I go to the website, and nothing. I email customer service, and they tell me it's my email address.
It's not. Then they tell me it's my phone carrier.
It's not. Everything else works except eHarmony.

I used eHarmony for just a couple of days before realizing it wasn’t for me. The second person I connected with tried to scam me — she got my number and immediately asked me for money.
While I don’t blame eHarmony for that, what happened next is what really bothered me.
Weeks after I stopped using the platform, I was hit with over $150 charge. I tried reaching out to customer service, but it’s nearly impossible to get in touch with a real person. To this day, I still haven’t gotten clear answers, and I have no idea if they’ll keep charging me.
I later learned I was locked into a year-long subscription at over $150 per month — something I never knowingly agreed to. That’s over $1,800 for a service I barely used for 48 hours.
If eHarmony actually looked at my account usage, they’d see I barely logged in.
This is clearly a scam — unclear terms, predatory billing, and no customer support. Avoid at all costs.

Cancel subscription
This is most ridiculous website that I ever see trying to call my subscription for month even I press mistakenly. I cannot talk with anyone they still charging me.
This is really something I cannot believe and you want me to rates you? It will be under zero still not resolve my problem.

Talk to me and refund my money. I have been trying to cancel for three months.
I haven't used this service in that time, and at $50.00 a month, I would like my money to be put back in my account, please. I would very much appreciate it.
I can't ever get to actually talk to a live person or anyone for that fact, so I would appreciate a refund and to cancel my account for eHarmony. Thank you.

Can't use website
I unlocked people to see there pictures and was told the very first day of using the site my matches were used up so I'm locked out from responding or texting or seeing there messages until May 13th that's highway robbery 420 dollars and I can't use the site to text!!!

No customer support.
Terrible support. Tricked into a huge monthly payment of over 56.00 with few people nearby.
I tried to stop payment but response was we cant do that. They could if they chose to do so.
A rip off. I can only hope this subscription is not renewed in any way.

They deceived me. I understand that I'm not the only one.You can't reach them via telephone, only email. And they send a different response with each email.
Although my bank texted me to confirm the charge, I thought I had reconciled the issue with an email confirming I would be charged monthly and the amount credited. I noticed that my subscription was still for a year and emailed them again. This time I was told I had a 2-year subscription. I threatened them with my bank and the BBB.
What's shocking is that they somehow retrieved their emails to me.
I checked trash, sent, and junk, and those emails are nowhere to be found. What a slimy company.

You tell me I can cancel any time, you make it damn imposible to complain about issues with your site!
As far as I am concerned, EHarmony, Facebook, and all the others are running the biggest {{Redacted}} rings in the world with no services rendered! And then you send ME to colections!
