I was only a member for two weeks. It was disappointing, to say the least.

I wrote questions to a few people who never replied.

When I was never able to speak directly with a person from Eharmony, only a robot who disappeared in the middle of the discussion. I also think this site is way overpriced.

i received an email for a free three day subscription from eharmony.. I availed myself but thought the better of it after 24 hours.

Thinking I was in the window of canceling I went to my subscription and there was no way to cancel available. I searched the web and found info re: and it was the same info stated on their website. Basically the description of the button to cancel couldnt be found by me. and it most likely wouldn't be found by any one that took the bait.

So i sent a scathing email to customer service calling them on their *** Frustrating number one, that there was no phone contact available and two a claim that they would respond in 24 hours. I never received a reply from them. Pity the person that waited until the end of the last day to try and cancel and received automated reply that we'll get back to you in 24hours maybe. This is not a cheap dating site.

the minumum is a 6 month subscription 'light' at 359.00. I stated in my email that if they attempted to charge my account I'd report them to the Washington state attorney general for fraud. Interestingly there never was a reply and its now 5 days ( it was a 3 day free subscription). No reply and no charge to my account.

This speaks to an obvious attempt to evade responsibilty and to defraud a potential customer.

A poor way to run your business eharmony. Shame on you!
