Processed payment via PayPal....Payment processed, money transferred to Eharmony with a transaction number linked to payment. They cannot locate payments.....I paid Paypal they paid Eharmony and yet they claim no payment was received.

You cannot speak to anyone in authority at Eharmony only customer service. Customer Service escalates to different department they have 24 hours to respond to each e-mail....WHAT A JOKE! They fail to use basic accounting 101 in processing payments!

I have been corresponding with Eharmony and finally was able to speak today thinking this can get resolved 1:1 Yeah right no further ahead that with the e-mails. Processed fraud action with PayPal.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $263.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Fail to do what they claim they do, No security.
