Paid for a year, 3 payments via Paypal........Paypal states money went to Eharmony...Well I know they got at least one payment I was connected for 3.5 months and then shut off........I have been emailing nearly daily, their 2 day response is a royal joke! When I called on a Saturday, they cannot find my payments despite the transaction ID I gave them....They are claiming fraud on PayPal and I have used them for years and NEVER had an issue.
Eharmony's Customer service has escalated the issue twice to their legal /credit department who is SUPPOSED to respond immediately.....Still waiting its an absolute joke!!!! Attorney General here I come!
