Although it can't be proved - I believe that the profiles the company sent me were inactive. I NEVER got ANY replies to messages I sent to the matches provided by eHarmony.
I bought a 6 month membership and not ONE reply! To prevent this from continuing to happen - when you leave eHarmony; delete your pictures and any verbiage you typed in for questions. Finally, report your credit card as lost (request a new number for new card) so they cannot auto-charge you again. Do ALL this at least 2 weeks before your membership expires.
If you wait until the expiration date - eHarmony WILL charge you again. It's a horrible site but if you follow these instructions, at least some unsuspecting new member will not be sent your profile thinking you are a member.
