Eharmony Management: Please see my attached petition on change.org w/ nearly 50 signatures since last week so far:https://www.change.org/p/stop-eharmony-s-sneaky-hidden-auto-renewal-fees/dashboard PROBLEM: I still need you to refund me the money charged incorrectly to my credit card in Oct. 2020.

Perhaps you have a business-savvy person on staff by now who will do the easy, morally right step of refunding my hard earned money - that should never have been charged to my credit card (& in a manner that breaks all 4 stipulations (receipt, clear notification pre-charge, etc.) of large lawsuits Eharmony lost in 2018.) Before moving on to a lawyer & presenting my petition to 2 News stations who expressed interest, I'm told to offer you the advantage of seeing the petition-as a last opportunity to make this right before it would become more widely known. And frankly, more expensive for you. Some petition signees stated they're waiting to hear your response-& pending a full refund to me, are happy to spread word about EHarmony-for good or bad. So if you want more customers, then treat others as you'd expect to be treated.

I first contacted BBB & the AG, but the AG is spread thin at the moment. BBB has a large, concerning number of complaints about you. I'd paid 143.76 on 4/11/20 - & EHarmony generated a new, huge charge of $718.80, four days past when my 6 months ended-on 10/15.

Months earlier, I'd phoned you stating your scaled back service (a key feature was removed) was not usable for me, & turned off Auto Renew. You emailed me ads also in October, asking me to return as a customer.

User's recommendation: AVOID Eharmony! See 1000's of BBB complaints. Unless they change/become honest.

Monetary Loss: $719.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

eHarmony Cons: Deceptive practices-takes your money in sneaky manner.
