Can’t register, form on loop
- After answering lengthy questions, the final page loops in ZIP Code and height fields.

I've paid twice and I don't understand why you're not keeping my card on file. That card is supposed to stay on file to avoid payment problems, and yet it's having problems.

Are you kidding me right now? Unlike any other dating site, none of them billed this ridiculous amount of money.

I want to cancel my subscription. There...
- Wants to cancel subscription due to no local matches within 50 miles and alleges a match was a scam artist in Fairfax.
I want to cancel my subscription. There is nobody in my 50 mile radius.
I am in my 70s and incapable of meeting with anyone outside my range. That isnt even doable to be honest. I need someone in my hometown and there was an only one and he is not a fit for me.
The one person that I was interested in even though he was too far said he lived in [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA], Va and he then told me he was on a boat in the [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] and owned a drilling company. He was a scam artist.
I want to end this subscription. I am afraid of even doing it now, plus you have nobody to offer me. I realize I signed a one year contract, but since you have nobody but a scam artist you need to let me out of this contract.
I even later added [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] where I have a second home, but there is no way to limit the range in [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] to try to find someone meeting my criteria. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Cancel subscription
Dont pay for love
They refused to cancel my membership.How greedy.The site is awful and all they want is money.They are suppose to represent love and positive relationships and they themselves have none
I want to cancel my membership. Th only way I can contact eharmony is through email.
I sent several emails asking to cancel due to outrageous amount and I am not compatible with the men on the site. Most do not live close to me.
I paid 1 month and not asking for a refund but to cancel my subscription/ membership.
They refused and I owe $60 for the next 5 months.Outrageous.
Just out of courtesy they could cancel.
This is not a good look for them.
I am extremely upset and very disappointed.

Asking for help
- Accidentally chose a more expensive subscription and informed support.
- Cannot afford the $465 charge; seeking a refund and a cheaper plan.
I made a big mistake. I clicked on the wrong subscription plan. I noticed the error immediately and notified them at once. My checking account is at a minus. I can't afford this. Please return the over $465 to my account and let me choose a less expensive subscription. I'm 84 and on a very limited budget. Thank you for your consideration.

There was no solution. I spoke to several people and they didn't care. They kept telling me that they couldn't turn it around. At one point, they put the money back in my account and then took the $465 back out again. When joining, I wanted to choose a package. I clicked on one and realized I made a mistake. I immediately contacted them to tell them about it. They didn't care. I begged, actually, with no luck. I'm on a fixed income and that is way too much money. It left my account at a minus.
Please stay away from eHarmony. Their practices are immoral. There are so many dating sites to choose from. Be very careful. You'll be next. Very bad customer service. I did ask them to take this one off and let me choose another plan. I can't believe that anyone can steal money from an elderly woman. I'll never recover from this. This amount could buy me food plus a few other bills. eHarmony are thieves and they don't care who they're stealing from.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES.

Scammers work these sites to find their next victim. Then they lead you off the site to telegram or Google phone.
Stay away altogether. Date the old fashion way. Scammers have taken over these dating sites and made them too risky. The lies are so convincing and they literally have no morals whatsoever.
