You charged me a 4th payment of 26.93. I don't know why, because I have not authorized any extension of my contract and I'm not interested in extending. Then it's I.possible to get you by phone. This is just a tricky scam. Please refund my money immediately. I need it for other purposes. Don't let me have to get on the social media with this case. I'm well upset, not, just because you abuse in charging me what I don't owe, but because you shut out your phone communication. Why is it that no one want to be trustworthy today?

If you don’t find love and romance in 4 to 6 months find it somewhere else.

Im I paid eharmony 34.21 on the 25 of every month. I didnt find love and romance. I emailed eharmony to please cancel my subscription and my account. Please email me after you do this. I received and automated email saying they would get back with me in 24 hours. And sometimes less then that. I tried calling eharmony customer service and the phone rang and said caller busy. I called eharmony at a different number and had the same problem.

Account and and subscription cancellation

I emailed eharmony to cancel my account and subscription yesterday. They didnt do it yet. Whenever I call eharmony and make a request they a question they dont answer. They always say they will get back to and they dont do it.

User's recommendation: Don’t email eharmony with a question because they say will get back to you and they don’t. I’ve paid eharmony $34.22 since last march 2022 on the 5th of every month and I don’t want to be charged again.

E harmony does not want you to cancel. They give you phone numbers that can't be connected to. This is very frustrating and doesn't speak highly of the company. I give it a 0 rating.
