- Customer paid monthly on eharmony with no matches.
- Demands full refund, profile deletion, stops future payments, threatens legal action.
I've been on eHarmony and have been paying monthly payments. I've had no one in my area on this site.
No one likes or messages me. I feel I've been ripped off. I want a full refund of all my money immediately returned to me! I will put a stop on any future payments to eHarmony.
I will contact a lawyer if I don't get a full refund for all the money you've taken from me! I want my profile deleted completely! I want this issue resolved immediately! I want an answer from you about giving me a full refund and deleting my profile.
I will contact my lawyer because this is a fraud.
When absolutely no one is in your area and no messages for months, please refund my money immediately!

- Paid for 6 months; account was locked.
- Charged 838 for a yearly plan I didn't want.
- Support said nothing could be done; I want to stop service.
I payed for 6 months only I used my time when my time ran out they locked my account, I did not think anything of it then they try to charge my account 838 dollars for a one year subscription I did not want that is why I put a lock after the 6 months, now I am getting emails from them saying I own the money, I contacted them they said there is nothing they can do I need to pay what a scam!!! I dont want the service

Authentic photo problem
I've taken over 25 photos and apparently none of them are good enough. Why aren't they good enough? The only thing I see wrong is the two corners at the top not filled with my head; probably no one will even notice.

Please cancel my membership and do not charge my credit card ever again. 95% of the profiles are fake, and I'm bombarded with them. This service is a huge scam.

Resolved: Dissatisfied with membership
- There are not many members within 50 miles.
- Free membership has limited communication, so you are pushed to pay and a refund was issued.
I joined eharmony and found there were not many members close to me under 50 miles. I would try free membership 1st.
There isn't much communication allowed with free, so your are kind of forced to pay.
Eharmony should allow for 1 week trial, so customers can see if it's appropriate for them. Eharmony was fair and did give me a refund.
User's recommendation: Be open to selections that are over 50 miles. I prefer closer.

Cancel my subscription
- PayPal charged $380 for eharmony renewal.
- I did not sign up; eharmony canceled but no refund email.
- Agent was rude and hung up.
I was scammed when I opened the website eharmony and PayPal charged my account $380 and automatic renewal! I did not sign up for this and when I called eharmony to cancel my subscription he told me that it was cancelled and I would be refunded and that I would get an email stating that, he was rude and he hung up on me and I never received any emails!
