Talk to a real person representative. I'm being charged still, and I want this to stop.

I want to get out of this eHarmony. I need to talk to a real person, a real representative, a real human.

I do not want any charge on my card. Do not charge my card.

I did not want to continue my subscription and did not find the service useful.

My picture was replaced with that of another woman and my profile was altered. I rereplaced the picture and the other womans picture emerged in less than 24 hours.

Eharmony has not responded to multiple texts to their customer service department. It has been impossible to reach them by phone.

EHarmony is sending me (supposedly)

a link to reset password but I never get it.

It is not going to spam, email address is correct. No known explanation.

Why cant I talk to them by phone?

Ive asked them to discontinue my service, but Ive been ignored since Ive asked them. Nothing is happening with this service.

I have not made any connections or even talk to anyone. I no longer want this service.

Can't talk to a human and I need to change my height on my profile and find out how to find women to date.dont go to eharmony

I forgot password and tried to change.

Requested link to change email.

Tried more than once to get link. Eharmony said a link is being sent to your email allowing you to change password but I never got link.

Has not been resolved as of yet.

No further comments about the subject your is lousy customer service is not worth a damn all I got was a runaround from it !!!

Every time I get matched, the profile gets blocked almost immediately. I would like to know. At this rate, I won't get a chance to meet anyone.

I was chatting with a girl who was a scammer and she deleted my account how do I get it back I will call my bank to stop my next payment ASAP

Trying to get a hold of the customer service phone number does not exist. How convenient when trying to call somebody to make sure that you have canceled your membership.

Can't operate the site. Cannot figure out how to get back to people.

Don't know how to fill out my profile.

I want to date women between 50 and 65, it is ridiculous. You have to have a certain amount of symbols to leave a message, to have at least 100 characters in there now.

Technical support. Cant sign in to acct.

Receive an email from them but issue is not resolved!!

People trying to scam from Nigeria! Can't every get a connection who wants to meet in person! Just going back to praying and waiting on God!

Please discontinue my account before renewal on April 19th!

I have not been able to subscribe to eHarmony. I have tried a number of times, without success.

Why is it so difficult?

This is not a good omen regarding the service's dependability. Also, I have sent several emails regarding the situation and received no response.
