I signed up in June 2016, paid $139. My 'matches' were not anything like me. Not at all. Basically, if they were male, they were a 'match'. why do a 3 hour survey for that.

I got a couple of really weird emails from 'matches', even got a warning letter from eHarmony about them and decided to cancel my membership. Went through the whole cancellation process, was sent an email that my membership would be ended on August 19th.

August 20th eHarmony completely disregarded my cancellation and recharged my account $100. Trying to get reimbursed and am being told they already did it, but I won't see it for 10 days. Like I believe THAT! They probably think I will forget about my $100 in 10 days.

Terrible service. A dive bar with sticky stools will have better "matches" for me than eHarmony.
