eHarmoney canceled my subscription - no reason - no explanation - nothing - I was targeted out of the blue - trying to reach people at eHarmoney but I getting the run around. Why?

Nothing to hide and nothing to be worried about. Send out messages that told people that they think I am fraud - what? Terrible The next thing is - you can't get a hold of anybody. The e-mail letting me know that the account was canceled stated not to reply.

Talked to customer service on the phone and they told me that they would send e-mail with link to customer service and they assured me that they would send e-mail to the account associated - never happened. What is wrong with the company?

Product or Service Mentioned: Eharmony Subscription.
